Our neighbor, Brian the diver, caught two stripped Sea Bass and I volunteered to clean and filet. It's a messy job! So, we cleared the cockpit, put down the cutting board, filet glove and buck knife and here we go...reading from the 'Fishwife' cook book on the proper killing, cleaning and filleting different kinds of fish, I successfully descaled, gutted and filleted the catch!
